Just across the street at 26 Webb Avenue, this property—once the Cordova Inn—has been completely reimagined over 27 months of meticulous renovation. Every detail has been intentionally designed to create a space that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
Inspired by the continued trust of our guests, and guided by our dedicated team, including Liz and Ashley, The Marilyn Inn reflects our belief that a stay by the shore should be as beautiful as it is memorable.

Our Story
Tucked just steps from the ocean at 26 Webb Avenue in Ocean Grove, The Marilyn Inn is the result of a journey rooted in hospitality, experience, and a deep connection to this special seaside town.
Our story begins across the street at our original property, The Inn at Ocean Grove, located at 27 Webb Avenue. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming guests from near and far, many of whom return season after season. As our community of guests grew, so did the demand for thoughtfully designed accommodations that reflect the charm and tranquility of Ocean Grove.
Encouraged by this continued demand—and with the insight of our dedicated team, including our manager Liz and long-time team member Ashley—we knew it was time to expand.
When the opportunity arose to acquire the former Cordova Inn at 26 Webb Avenue, we saw not just a property, but a vision waiting to be realized.
Over the next 27 months, we undertook a complete transformation. Every detail was reimagined—from the structure itself to the interiors—creating a space that blends coastal elegance with modern comfort. The result is The Marilyn Inn, a refined boutique stay designed to offer a fresh yet familiar experience for both new guests and those who have been part of our journey for years.
